Ok, so we had our pack race this morning. We had our car tuned for three inches over 4 feet of steer. The first four races my sons car was super fast. On average it was .04 seconds faster than last years car that won at our Districts. In the finals our first two races were .1 seconds slower...

Our car was running graphite and I assume his was as well. I had 4 1/2 inch over 4 feet of steer. I don't know if he was rail riding but i never saw any wobble so he might have been. I didn't know that lighter wheels gave you a quicker start. That's good to know.

I'm sure someone will correct me, but I think I read where Walgreens Q-tips were the proper size to use. I'm still using the ones that John provided in his polishing kit. If you can't find any to fit, buy John's polishing kit.
