    The build involved dremel work, blade, wood files, and chisels. The grill was done with small strips of wood I cut and glued down then used my palm chisels to shave down.     Here are a few update pics. The blue tape is used to provide and esy to see line for me not to cross when I am carving and sanding to shape. The final pic is to show what I hope it will look like when complete.
