What do you use to put oil on your axles? How much oil is to much? If it drips , is that to much? Just brainstorming a little... I know you only want one drop, but how big of a drop do I need? Thanks

My grandsons picked up a win and a runner up yesterday. Thanks for all the help on this forum, this is their 3rd. year to win the council race. Thanks to John for all the help and patience to help us figure out what we needed to do. There's a wealth of information on this site...

it's your oil....that's all I use...

How many passes do you feel comfortable with on oil before speed falls off?

I pulled out my grandsons cars from last year to run down their new track after the race this year. They have been in a plastic bag since the council race last year. Untouched , they ran quicker than the cars we built this year. 2.89X's. This years cars ran 2.91X's. This was on a 42' Best Track...

We have to use blocks with slots. If using a BSA block I sand the bottom off some so I can get into the uncut wood. the slots still show, but you can get a solid hole for the axles.

Have any of you done any comparisons with timers?

You guys care to share what size axles you prefer? 92's or 93's? Thanks,
