A pool cue ball works well to verify the tuning board is level side to side.

Have you tried swapping the rear axles yet?

Our troop made a last minute rule change requiring all 4 wheels to make contact with the track at all times. We built one with 1 raised wheel and wonder if there is a proven method to fill the existing hole in and re drill without starting over with a new block? Thanks, Choo Choo
