    After three years of doing this I am especially frustrated by rules that are either not enforceable or so vague that you can't even get a direct answer from the guy who wrote them. Any rule that is not enforceable, or they have no intention of attempting to enforce -- should be dropped.

    I can't use a wheel smaller than 1.170" in diameter (they will measure with a caliper). Does the Dynasty Rage drop below that? While I'm here: is it possible to get a block that's only a 1/4" thick?
