The other big thing that stands out is that you are using the axle slots. Is tha part of the test? Drilling your own holes at 3 degrees...

What is the wheelbase for it? The wheelbase alone looks very short and the rear axles being so far up would also increase instability...

Just my two cents, but I think there are two reasons for keeping things the way they are with having no weight restriction on the NDFW...
