Hello all,

I just wanted to say thanks for all the good information available on this site. With every question I had easily searchable I had no reason to post until now. For our outlaw pinewood derby class I built an EDF power car. The only outlaw rules are no damage to the track and no fires. I'm not entire certain of the time because it didn't fit under the sensors but the kids got a big kick to it. Here is the link

By the way my son took over all grand champion out of 60+ kids with his best time of 2.94

I saw this car in person that day. It was spectacular. The crowd was screamin'. The video doesn't do it justice. It was jet-plane loud. Those flags up above and behind the starting pin were blowing like they were in a strong wind. That was when the car was at the pin and Andy was just running part throttle. A couple years ago he had a beautiful, red, Co2 car that looked like a showcar.

Man of many talents. On a scouting trip one night he even happened to find some dinosaur tracks that the boys would find the next morning on their winter hike.

Thanks for everything you did Andy while we were there to help make my son's cub scout experience memorable.
