Race is coming soon, I will get these in the mail by Sat. Our baby is due soon so I thought I better have them all ready. Just a little more time and they will be ready to go. Get yours ready boys.

started tuning last night, the box stock is a little loud for my liking but I guess thats what you'll get with out of the box. I think it's a great class, I have learned a ton going back to the very beginning. Prep, alignment, weight, tune, aero, all with box parts. It was a fun build that made me appreciate true wheels and axles.

Hmm. So has anyone ever tried moving the wheels all the way back on the block, as far as they can go, you know, where they are sticking out the back and adding to the length of the car, and just cut off enough of the front of the car to meet the length requirement? Is that legal in any of the divisions?

At least that way, you don't have to worry about how much weight is in front of the axle. lol

Yep. Considered that. Essentially, you would be moving the weight forward by a distance equal to the radius of the wheel, when compared to a traditional build. The rear wheel, even though it would protrude behind the end of the body, is still figured into the 7" overall length.

I thought a little about that after I said that and came to the same conclusion. Giving up about a half inch of potential energy.

Nice run of cars Bulldog... Loud and Proud.. Might just take it all .. One never knows you may scare um off the track...
