Since the rule changes, I had to build a new Street Stock

I also had some leftover canopy weights and bodies, so the kids will have a couple of college rivalry cars (Seminoles vs Gators)

Just seeing how the extended wheelbase works in Street Stock.

Did you ever put the canopy weight on the bottom side? Works better as long as you have enough clearance.

You got a camera in my shed Bill? /images/boards/smilies/biggrin.gif...it barely clears /images/boards/smilies/wink.gif The only thing that worries me is the stop section...

Owens,
I use to run low slingers like that.. And you are right as soon as it hit the stop section the car went flying..
eeek
This was in the P_ _ R days. They use to be able to drop the stop section for me.. But you might want to talk to John to see if that is possible. wouldn't want to see your car get trashed.

Stay cool

I thought you had to use standard wheel base in street stock?

What wheel base would you suggest be run on Street Stock? Having to use the standard wheel base made it easy and one less thing to worry about.

Her ya go...

This was my first time using adhesive backed Monokote. I painted the whole thing green and cut the Monokote to cover the top and weight pocket.

Car is looking really great. In one of your pictures there are three objects a blue, green and yellow. What are they and what do you use them for?
hmmm

ThanX for the pics!!! Looks Awesome!! I just have this dumb fascination for how a car looks, style and paint...I know it doesnt win races I just like originality!!! Did you pre-cut the monokote or did you cut it on the car? I have thought of using it but just havent yet.
