Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone was printing fenders on a 3D printer and if so do you know where I could find the templates? I will be using a Dremel 3D printer if that helps. Thanks in advance

I'm sure someone on here can help you out.

If no luck with printing them, I'd purchase from derbydad4hire

I know DD4H sells them but for me it's more about making them myself. Last year I cut the fenders out of 1/8" balsa. They worked great but very time consuming. The printed ones seem much easier as I can print many at once. No reason to buy stuff when I have the tools to make my own:)

For reference, they take about an hour to print 6 with no supports needed. Octoprint says 1.35M of filament used. I did use a brim on ABS as I don't have an enclosure yet to keep it from lifting. A set of 6 in ABS weighs roughly 2.5-2.6 grams, PLA and PETG sets weigh in at 3 grams. They are hollow so you can add a small weight inside if needed.
