I use a Goat Boy jig with a #43 Bit for 91 size axle holes. I drill a small hole torward the point side of the axle hole under the car to release trapped air. The fit is still pretty tight. Should I move up in big size? Is there something I can do to lighten up the fit or just keep it as is? As I begin my first fender car, how do you keep from damaging the balsa while trying to pull out tight axles.
