I am finally done getting everything ready to ship. The cars are in their boxes, the labels printed, the registration moolah is inside the box, the shipping boxes sealed !

And I am not scrambling until 2:00 am to get something ready to race ! ! !

This is totally a first for me.

I must be forgetting something !

I had cars at nationals... you might remember them... One was called Shimmy Shimmy, one was called Shake ... LOL j/k

One was Blue Scream of Death, one was Plasmatic, and one was Infernal... All of them, though, had the shakes really bad.

I got some new cars in the box this time... hopefully they aren't as nervous going down the hill out there.

Are you sure you checked the tuning on that one car? Really sure? It would only take a minute to take it out and double check. Might be the difference ... ya never know.

HAHAHahaha... Actually, yes, I did take them out of the box and re-check them... again... LOL

I was thinking about it again last night, you know... just to check for the 17th time, but the label was already on the box.

I wish I was boxed up!

I just got my final supply order today, and I just finished sanding and gluing my brand new BASX body, and adding weight. No time for a paint job. Now I need to do axles and wheels. Oh and I decided to send one of our scout cars that meets BASX specs to see how it runs. Like I need more work!

Tomorrow had better turn out like a miracle!

I need to be ready to ship by Wednesday! Fingers crossed, better not get screwed by USPS!

I have been trying to get him to start racing. He has the desire but i don't know how to get him to pull the trigger. He picked a race name, It's "Bad Company" I made him an avatar. here it is



I think I'll make him a Street Stock for fathers day and enter it in the race so he's surprised.

It's the absolute last day I can ship and whew! I made it to the post office! USPS -- Don't fail me now! 2 BASX cars are now on their way, hopefully I can get my feet wet without it being a disaster.

It's hard to box the cars up the last time with out fiddling with this and that and making really minor adjustments and wondering what you could have done better.

I did good today though, ran one last alignment on the board, one last weight check, packed everything up, and to the post office by 10:15am.

I won't lie, but I have over-nighted cars, and paid for it handsomely. Just to get those last tweaks done.
