Hey guys,I have an axle question. Aside from buying them from John, where do most of you guys pick up your axles. Do you buy them from a vendor, make your own or what. Any info where to buy some bulk axles would be great. Thanks

I know this doesn't help much, but since John hold the NPWDRL races, I buy all of my PWD items from him. The exception to this is on those items John does not carry, such as monokote, Jig, friction plates, etc.

Somebody's got a lot of it.

Dupont chain saver will work if you can't get any Jig locally or another product that has been suggested recently is Mo-Deck, a mower deck spray to keep grass from sticking. At least 2 have admitted to using it and said it works as good as Jig. Not sure how many more have tried it since.

I went to Ace Hardware, because I heard they had Jig-A-Loo IN STOCK! (They never heard of it!) But! They did direct me to Home Depot, who had 3 cans IN STOCK! and what they DIDN'T tell me, was that the store was in Canada! (I'm in Missouri!!) Whoops!
Home Depot directed me to Lowes,(Who had it IN STOCK!)(NOPE!!) Lowes doesn't carry it,BUT! Lowes directed me to Menards, who... sadly... directed me to Ace Hardware! (Who has Jig-A Loo IN STOCK!!), BUT!!! Refuse to put in on the shelf, or know anything about it, so... you must have to know a Password, or something, to get it!
USE YOUR WORDS! I asked, for Jig-A-Loo.
EVERYWHERE I went. The people I encountered, repeated a racist term (Jig-A-Boo) and, I'd have to spell it, as they did an internet search, only to find out- I had to search elsewhere.
I'm starting to think- Jig-A-Loo is a Wild Goose Chase. I'm DONE!
For @ $7.95 you can buy a 10 oz. can from a Kenyan Prince who's down on his luck, and needs your bank account number, to reward you with some pretty slick stuff!
Do you use something else, with similar results? Please spill the beans! I'm done searching for the 2 horned Unicorn.

You can find this at Walmart or Lowes -

Some (including myself) have tried:

Others are experimenting with this (not sure of their success though):

A street stock of mine cracked sub 2.97 on a couple runs last year using Mo Deck and my fastest basx yet was prepped with it as well.
The prep seems to have a long shelf life and it sprays out of the can nice and even.
It doesn't really have an odor and the price is right.

Despite all that,
I would rather use Jig-a Loo in a league race knowing that's what the Big Dogs use and recommend but it did feel pretty good to test a product and have good results.

Yeah if any of these top dogs have found a process that doesn't involve jig i hope they will start sharing. You can order it from the company direct. I made an inquiry about it and the rep said i could buy it by the can or case.
