I just wanted to find out if Puma weights and Slide Guides are allowed before I begin my build. I looked at the rules on the NPWDRL site, but as with all rules, I like to ask before I build. This will be my first submission, so if you have any suggestions I would really appreciate it. These are my purchases since I have to step my process up a notch compared to the cub races with the boys.

Is there anything else I should consider?

yeah ... you might want some wood.

smile

Haha, yeah a block of wood might speed up times a little. Funny, I didn't even catch that the first time.

Wood not necessary but a body is definitely needed. With your 3D printer access a plastic body would be fine.

I want the DVD, but I'm holding out for the 2015 version.

2015 version, did I miss something? Was there an announcement of a new video?

My favorite part of it was all the great food! Oh, I liked the 2015 version of DD4H UNLOCKING OIL SECRETS, I can't believe we got to be the focus group!
No new DVD? Explain this.

Just a joke. No new video, everything you need is on the current video except Jig everything else is on this board.

Sorry for the confusion I'm Laughing while reading this. I'm really sorry I was just messing around about the focus group. But in all seriousness there is so much to learn at a live event, I have only been to one and that was the nationals, it was amazing, the pros are some pretty cool guys who will help many out. I really want to thank everyone who was so cool to all of the newer guys, I felt like there was no outcasts or "too cool for school" group. It was a most positive experience, but my favorite part was when Quick time disassembled his car after the race and showed us step by step what he does, that was really nice of him!
