Are wheel weights or air sliders allowed in BASX, or is either considered wheel covers?
Also, in regard to overall weight the rule states not to exceed 5 ounces (+.04) or 143 grams even, does this mean I can weigh in at 5.044 ounces, which is 142.99 grams?
