Buying bulk wheels

Our pack follows official BSA rules, so in order to get a full matching set of four wheels I’d have to buy a ton of wheel sets. Where can one buy bulk BSA wheels without spending crazy money? Almost seems less expensive just to buy the pre-fab ones? Is it that important to have all same lot #, or just buy a few sets and take the best 4?

I’m sure if you reach out to a PWD Vendor ( Derby Dad, Derby Evolution , Jewkes etc.. one of them would accommodate you with trued up wheels and hubs trued in bulk at a better price than priced…
