Daughter and I dominated last year. Seriously dominated. Lol. She races 30 cars and finishes 1st 1st 1st 1st 1st and 2nd by 1". Anyway this year we not racing the other girl scouts. We are racing her cars times from last year. Last year I just used tires from the scout store. Polished and sanded then slightly. So to improve this year one thing I wanna try is purchased wheels. (And better placement of the weight)

Are we allowed to place links in here for me to go to.

Im a rail rider so not sure if that matters. I see some tires are coated in graphite. I also use oil.

They so many online to buy. Help!

What do your rules say regarding wheels? The wheels you can buy will need to be based on your rule set. Oil is faster than graphite if you know the full process and have a good oil.

for scouts DD4H has good wheels the Dynasty Rage are good.....also Derby Evolution has good wheels for scouts. These are only places I get wheels from along with the good polishes for wheels....got a set of your rules we can see?

So Im ready to order the Rage tires just because they were recomended and site was less confusing as the other site as a actual tire name was suggested. Question..The only thing Ill need to do to them is polish the inner bore? I do have the novus plastic polish and the sharp q tips..

Might as well order the wheel polishing kit....you'll have enough for a few years for sure. I stay away from qtips and use tamiya swabs....which also come with the kit

John has a very good wheel prep video. The link should be on the derbydad4hire site if you look up his wheel polish kit.
