Center rail height

What is the height of the center rail? Is there an industry standard or do they vary track to track?

I know that a Best track is 1/4" not sure about a freedom track. I believe it's the same.

Our pack uses a wood track looks like I have at least 5/16 clearance hopefully I will be ok

1/4" is the standard. If you look at the "rules" in the kit box, they call for a 3/8" clearance under the car (this gives a 1/8" leeway for the transition).
