Been reading the forum and came up with a check-list. Would really appreciate any insight into anything I have missed or have wrong.

High speed on drill press
Check drill press for straightness
Drill axels with silver bullet or block- rear up 1/8 with 3 degree can't. DFW 1-8 up straight.
Check alignment on tuning board - straight!
Rout weight pockets
Tuning board - straight
Cut
Sand
Tuning board - straight
Mask axel holes and weight pockets
Prime till grain is filled
Wet sand
Paint
Wet sand
Clear
Cure for a week
Wet sand and polish
Nail polish around axel holes- Sally Hanson Teflon Tuff
Polish around axel holes
Tuning board - straight
Axels
Spin test
Remove crimp marks
Straighten
Taper head
Polish - DDFH kit.
Inspect
Clean with dawn and then alcohol
Bend DFA - figure out how much to bend....1 to 10 (if cut to bend, polish cut)
Lemon pledge - let it sit 10 min before wiping off
Put them somewhere they won't get scratched
Wheels
Mold match
Runout test...only need 3
Clean - dawn?
Blow out with compressor
True inner hub
True outer hub
Sand tread
Polish inner edge
Polish bore - DDFH kit
Inspect
Polish inner hub
Polish outer hub
Clean - dawn?
Blow out with compressor
Burnish bore with graphite
Assembly
Spin wheels with graphite - worst raised
Tap out excess
Install wheels
Add weight
COG at 3/4 to 1 inch.
Aluminum tape to cover weights
Gap wheels - tight in back, a little bit more gap on DFW and against wood on raised wheel
Burnish inside of raised wheel
Tuning board - 3-4 inches over 4 feet
