Chinese Wheels

Can anyone tell me some things about these Chinese wheels?

I see that the step on the outer hub looks different.

I thought they were softer, they cut kinda stringy.

interesting. Stringier than colored wheels?

Anything on weight etc that differs?

The ones I had were slightly heavier, .1-.15g more than the USA wheels I had at the time. They were stringy like orange wheels but not so smeary. That was last year, they might have changed since then. I quit messing with them once I found the scout shop had the USA wheels for half the price. 'Cause I'm cheap like that!
