I have a few sets of vintage or classic style axles from the late 1970's, I measured them and they come out to .092 or .093, i was thinking about using these on a car and jsut giving them the same treatment as i would a current style axle. Any thoughts on if they would give me an advantage over the current axle in the box? I was trying to save some cash for other things when i ran across these.
