Crash's PWD 2012 Part Deaux

[Crash Enburn]

We did it! We won it all!

Jack's car. 1st in Den (Bear), 1st in Pack! He designed, transferred, cut, sanded, and painted it.

"Water" I made this one just because I was having fun. /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif My older son ran it in the sibling races, where it decimated the competition. I removed it from the final standings as he didn't, in fact, make it. (I was in charge of timing/scoring for the PWD)

"Mach Schnell" Track record. 1/4" thick (9/32" in back -- I covered the lead w/ a sheet of balsa). First time trying fenders. First time routing. First sub-1/2" car (all three are, but this is the thinnest). Color changing paint.

Of the Top 10 times, our cars held nine of them.

On this, our 5th year in the PWD, we have finally podiumed in the Pack Championship. Top step, baby!
