Cutting 1/16" off of block on DFW side

Hi. Is it better to shave a little bit off the DFW side or just pull the rear wheel (same side as a DFW)out a little xtra. Our rules state all 4 wheels must touch. I drilled cant on 3 wheels using silver bullet and the DFW will have a bent axle for steer. Thanks in advance.

Cut the 1/16 off the front dominant wheel side. Gap the wheels with a business card. That is the correct way to do it.

You want that non dominant wheel to just barely kiss the floor.
