Daughter wins Girl Scout District Race

First place in Daisies and fastest in whole girl scout district. 2.33 sec on 30 foot start to finish line old plastic track. Fastest run 2.28....probably that track record but since their track doesn't connect to computer and everything is recorded on paper who knows.

Congratulations! We have our race next weekend. My daughter is a Tiger, and she is extremely excited. We've worked hard to prove that a girl can be just as fast as the boys! My goal is for her to be in the pack race where she can race against the boys in the troop, and to hopefully beat them. Your story is inspirational. We've worked hard this year, and I take nothing for granted or assume nothing, but hopefully our hard work will have paid off.
