From what I have learned the openings would need to be covered in the body. I think there are still some fast builders that use holes on the wheels but I think even those are being phased out. The holes still create drag.

We need a rental program. You break it you buy it, but use wheels once send back and receive a portion of the deposit back.

I will sell you a set at half price. I do a spin test, and any below 60 seconds become my rejects. Good enough for any non NPWDRL outlaw race. I have an OPA BUS (i.e. normal size body block, but hollowed out). We have run it in several outlaw races. It always wins. I think it ran in the last NPWDRL race of 2014, and maybe the Jan Ice race.

BTW, need to change the ICE name. No Mexican-Americans dare even enter a car, let alone show up live. Someone heard that Kinser works for ICE, and scared away those MA's who were going to come and watch live.
