DFW

I always have a left DFW. This is only because the graphic I got from 5kids for my tuning board has only the lines for a left DFW. I won a NPWDRL graphic from John last year at the Mid-America derby that has both lines for either side, so I might try a right DFW as soon as I get a new tuning board ready.

I do not prefer either side. Both fronts drilled straight. With a straight axle in the left front, I check which direction the car tends to drift; then do the same check to the right. That determines which side the FDW will be on. why fight the drift tendency?

What do you consider the left side? When the front is facing you or when pointed away? My DFW is the side same as the driver's side in a real car, at least on this side of the ocean.

That would be left side Dominant. Always picture the car rolling forward, if it goes in reverse you got a major tuning issue or rough stop!
