Thank you Mike, I GUARANTEE you that I have been the beneficiary of learning things that go well beyond pwd from you and your family!! Keep in mind, without your neverending generousity by allowing me into your home, many, many things pwd related would still be a mystery to me, cause you have taught me to STOP...there is no reason to keep tuning..MWDracing said:Thanks so much Paul for all that you do for pinewood derby racing and for all that you have taught Mitchell and I. The car is AWESOME, I really love it. The workmanship and graphics are second to none.
Most of all thanks for being a great friend and competitor.

There is a DVD in the works, I'm gonna do my best to help out my fellow racers with the "Regular Joe" rattle can methods. You'll be able to see exactly how I do my waterslide cars, as well as doing a 10 minute paint job that shines like glass. Keep in mind, this is geared towards those of us who do not have access to automotive paint equipment, nothing wrong with having all of those goodies, but in reality, why spend a ton of money to make a car look awesome when you can achieve nearly the same results with only a fraction of the cost!! I hope to be done doing this over the weekend. Hopefully this will take out some of the "fear" of putting paint on a car in leiu of saving weight for speedNext Level Racing said:Is there some kind of tutorial dvd to teach how to paint like this?
