Ok, helped a friend tonight. His car is set up like this. Stock BSA wheels 1 3/4 com (I know horrible) 5.75 inch wheelbase, 92s for axles, running graphite. I set his drift to 3" over 4". Is that good or should I loosen it up??Thought about setting drift to 2" but don't want the wiggles.

Would this be correct; the tighter, or shorter the COM is, the more steer (drift) is needed to stabilize the car? I'm still trying to get an understanding of this without having a test track handy to run testing. I'm sure there are other factors other than COM factored for steer, but in general could that statement be said as true? Has anyone put together any info to compare COM and steer to elapsed times or stability, for that matter?
