Can you guys that own a table/bench top drill press, provide dimensions of the table surface? I'm looking for an average size of the table out there. I'm aware there are rectangular, round and square table surfaces out there. Thanks for your participation.

The 5kids table i've seen in the pics looks simple, but so effective.
Large flat area with a a fence that pivots at one corner and you clamp down the other side.

Mines probably about 12x12, but then my press is not the typical either. Not friendly for making a fence either....YET. Can be seen in this post...http://www.pinewoodderbyonline.com/post/wheel-prep-7258114?pid=1285900264#post1285900264

I have the Harbor Freight table. The table and fence are cheap mdf but buying just the hardware in it costs around the same. If I get ambitious I'll build new wood pieces. The square scrap piece under the spindle doesn't sit flush and is bigger then necessary. It makes the SB rock if I'm not careful.
