As far as test and tune night goes usually in our pack we schedule time slots. Each age group get a 30-45 minutes time slot to use the track. That way you dont have your entire pack waiting around to get on the track. But, there is no actual tuning going on. Most people just show up to get weighed on the offical scale. The only tuning that Ive ever seen done on test and tune night is weight adjustment in my pack.
