As mentioned before, I filed a claim for my broken Unlimited wheel. It was fairly simple. I bought my postage online and I used Priority Mail. It comes with $50 insurance, you can add (at a cost) more. I did the claim online. We used a picture of the whole car with the broken wheel. I would also take a picture of the legend carrier and your outer ship box. I scanned the receipt from my order from John for the wheels. (I used his look up feature) I also had to write a brief description of the part and what it does.
To my surprise today, I received a check in the mail.
