Is that just the K1 timer (blinking lights for order of finish) ? Can't tell if it doesn't have the software or also the hardware (serial interface) to provide times to a computer.

Looks like it is just the K1 timer, probably not too good for a league racer, but could be a step up for a Scout Pack.
