FED EX shipping of proxy cars

Hey fellas,

I think I will have to use FED EX tomorrow in order to make the race.

How should I arrange things for the return trip?

Should I mail a USPS box inside the Fed Ex box?

Depending on where you are shipping from and what class you are running in, Wednesday at the very latest, USPS Priority Mail is usually there by Friday. Now if you are running in Friday's races I would ship cars no later than Tuesday just to make sure everything got there in time for the race.

I am shipping from New York and I have 2 cars for SS AM.

I assumed those would be the first race.

The normal schedule so far for the last 2 races was

Friday: Eliminator, Unlimited, and maybe street rod....

Sat: SS am, SS pro, Street Pro, and street rod if not run on Friday.

John may change it up depending on support and time but in general that is the order.

laserman, Fedex should give you an option to print a return shipping label. You can specify ground service or they may call it "home delivery" if it's going to a residence. So you can ship it second or third day air out to Utah and ground back to save some money.
