I very much DO NOT like fenders!!!!!!!

SoGone mentioned earlier a common issue w/ the inside fenders dragging the rail. Just wondering... Is there an easy way to determine how much to bevel the inside of the fender without taking too much off?

I just install the wheel, hold up the fender in the place I want it and then draw a line on the fender along the bottom of the car and then again just outside of where the inside of the wheels is located. I then I take the fender and with a razor blade I cut out that chunk.

Not that I recommend doing this, but if you make your fenders even with the wheels on the inside, and your car is set up right, the wheels or fenders won't touch. The idea of a rail riding car is to keep the back wheels off the rail....Right? If any part of the car touches the rail.............you are DONE!!! It only takes one brief rub to scrub off the speed needed to win.
