Damn, Paul and I thought I had a bunch of axles. Hope you keep them in some sort of plastic container. You did a good job on all the K-grooves. Looks like they are all in the center of the head. I've seen some come back, even from vendors, way off center.

Those are nice khouse grooves. Paul explained his process for making those a while back. Its a good technique.

Same material as the others, Dynasty 92's. It appears different because I didn't polish the ends like I did the others. The machine marks are still visible giving it a dull appearance.

Thanks! Yes that is the link to the method I use. I works real well, as you can see. It's quick too! I wish the polishing procedures were just as quick.

Yes, I use the slot to help aid in the removal of the axle at the rears. Twisting and pushing at the same time makes removal easier.

I'm curious...is there a reason to groove all of the axles instead of just grooving the DFW?

Wow, these are a ton of axles. Are these mostly 92X's? That is so much investment in axles alone!

For polishing, it usually takes me about 15 minutes per axle or about 90 minutes for one complete set (bathroom breaks included). I might need lessons as well...

Wow, I need to get organized. My axles are lying in a pile right now all mixed together, I have to measure the shafts to try to get a matching set. lol

Somehow I knew you would Stephen...

Polishing.... yeah, that was about 4 hours worth of work for me. Thank goodness it's over!

Not all polished yet, unfortunately. That's tonight's job!
