Grand Prix V13.0

Ok, I am lost and this is probably a stupid question, but I have looked stupid before so here it goes...

In version 12.0 in "race" mode the race control menu box, the one with ready timer, next, manual results, etc.... is in the lower left of the screen..... all good.... now with version 13.0 it is like a floating window? How do I get it back in the lower left corner? I don't see any menu pick and I can't reduce the size and stick it over there.... I know the answer must be an easy one.... let me have it!!

Scott, I have version 12. Mine does that when I have the box checked for "Detach Racing Controls". In version 12, I click "Options" on the racing controls screen, then click "Close" and it's back to normal when I reopen the racing menu. I don't know if version 13 works the same or not. Good Luck! I saw that option in 12, but I can't find that in 13... I have tried all the button and reducing the window... I must be missing something...

Took me awhile to figure out what your were doing. When you first hit the racing tab under options there is a "detach race controls" then you could move it. The only way I found to put it back was to clse the racing box. When I reopened "racing" the controls were back in the left corner. I didn't find a way to put it back while racing.

Based on the imagery, would the "Tab Controls" section do it? It looks like a choice between nested or not.

The problem is when you have an extended screen set-up or multiple screens it always opens the racing screen on the right and the controls on the left... blahh....

I just updated mine and now it does the same thing. Can't get it back.

Evidently, if you have a 2 screen set-up or extended screen (whatever that is) then you can't nest that "race control" screen in the lower left corner.

Seems like to me if I wanted to have a 2 screen set-up with racing on one and the standings on the other I would then have this huge "race control" window lingering around over the top of things... doesn't sound to great to me.

I am not super techy so maybe it can be set-up differently, but I think I probably have the normal amount of techy'ness of the average guy.

As far as techy, you're way ahead of me. sounds like you need three screens. LOL

Last night we had our pack race, we ran v13 from our lap top and had a projector showing the race screen we did not have this problem. The problem we had I forgot to chech a pass box and a racer was left out of the schedule did not notice till half way through is ther a way to add in a racer at that point or do you start from scratch like we did?
