Couple questions... If my sons car is racing in the stock division can that same car also be entered in the adult division? Or do they have to be different cars for each division. If we send in cars for proxy racing and we place in the top 3 do we receive a trophy in the mail? Also all the gift bags are they only for attendees? This is out first year sending in a car and we are on the east coast so it won't be possible to attend. Also I have questions about the stock division where can I post those questions? Thank you.

I believe you need separate cars for each division (e.g. one car can not run in two divisions). As far as getting things to or from, we are going ourselves and do take some scout cars with us to race. I can certainly carry something to or from MA for you.

Yes... that is correct you will want a separate car for each division - we will indeed send out the trophies should you win... and the rules in the Pro Stock Division are GREATLY Different than the rules in the Adult Division -- if it is your son's car... are you sure you shouldn't be racing the Cub Scout - either open Oil or Open Graphite Division -- and the Adult Open Division is a Graphite Only option with different specs than the Pro Stock Division... I would be happy to help answer any question about the many different divisions and rules.. let me know if I can help

Truly
Greg

I tried going through the registration and I want to do Pro division but I can't get past the menu where it makes you choose your council and pack. I'm clearly in the wrong menu.

No that is correct -- even if you enter the pro-divisions that is the default in the system you can simply make up which council / pack / troop that you belong to... or maybe your roots are tied to a pack / troop ... and you can enter in that... it is very simple and it is not any data field that we carry over... if you enter in the Scout divisions -- they do bounce that against the Registered Scout Database... but for all other divisions and classes you can enter what ever you want it makes no difference - although I would encourage you to keep it close to where you are from it is an interesting Statistic that the Council uses...

Thanks
Greg

Greg,
We are planning on sending in 3 scout cars and 4 kids car again. Is it possible to get the trophy we were shorted last year in the open kids. We never got it. Delaney is still asking me about it.

Thanks
Tom

All proxy scout/family cars get prize bags sent home

This. You cannot fault the generosity of swag you get back. I think (for each car we sent) we got patches, hats, seat cushions (seriously) and pens. We also got some freebies, including balsa fenders, a gap gauge, a PWD speed secrets booklet and some other stuff I can't even remember.

Just wondering when they post the schedule of racing classes, i want to have a couple people over with my daughter to watch her car

According to the website, racing begins at 10:15 (Omaha time, I would assume). They run multiple tracks and multiple feeds, but I don't think there is a hard schedule beyond that. Just depends on when they finish running a given division to move on to the next.

Here is the exact schedule... there are going to be videos set up on each track plus on that is dedicated to the Auditorium where we present the awards....

Things start on Friday May 6th for Pro-Racing at Noon'ish ... Classes will be raced in order beginning with
