You guys are funny! Yes that's me in 1989, a rocker to the extreme.
The 69 had a built 350 in it. I bought it with a blown engine for $500. I put the engine from my totaled 67 in it, replaced the rear end and put disc brakes on it.
I wish I would have bought as many of those cars as I could. The going rate on them, with mechanical problems was $500-$700 all day long.

I turned 23 in '89...
I have a picture like that next to a Pinto (from my high school days). Hard to look cool leaning up against a Pinto.

Kinser knows what I have and I'm not scared he is aware... We have battled my entire career.. He's a great racer and has a true derby passion

Tell ya what JB...Just to be nice and since i wont have enough points to race in motm race anyway and would really like a trophy for this year and if i can get dd4h or kinser to tune my car b4 the race I will let you warm up on me in a pinks race in the unlimited class my first race back since March Madness 2012
Then...After you lose that car to me you will be a lil more used to getting your car taken then it wouldnt hurt so bad for you to lose one to Kinser...See what im getting at
