Just ran across this in my search for Krytox additives and figured you guys would get a kick out of it like I did. Could somebody tell me what this guy is smoking so I can avoid it at all costs. All kidding aside, is anyone familiar with the green wintergreen smelling lube. For a derby nut this is pure gold.
Krytox® can be mixed with virtually all types of solvents without deteriorating. That is the beauty of this product. Mix with a little of 90/10 rubbing alcohol and have one of the fastest lubes out there. YES...... This is the secret sauce of all those other guys out there. Even the green "wintergreen" smelling lube. The 3rd ingredient is water! Doh! So Sorry! I tell all. Add 10-12 drops of this to 1/2 fluid oz of rubbing alcohol, Shake very well to the point that you make it seem like a homogenous solution. Add a drop to each wheel prior to racing, and spank the socks off them!
