[Rocket car]

Do the same building routine, but use one of DD4H's X-bodies. Better flex strength, but same body weight. However do make extra cavities B4 and After the Front Axle. You might consider a horizontal strut in the middle of the hole on the front two cavities. But this is really a beautiful car. What were the top and bottom covers? MonoKote? Or something else?

I used colored page dividers. Left overs from around the shop. Very high tech!

I did have all the guys from the Zeebzob speed shop wanting to play with it.

This car was the first build like this for me. I have plans for a better design the next time around. There are a few flaws with the car design.

The car was great right out of the chute and we all had fun guessing it's 1st and 2nd run times. Rocket Car was flexing his woodworking muscles for sure, but there was some good competition going on in the SS class at Andy's on Saturday. It was fun to watch.
