Looking for a guide fence

I am looking for an in expensive guide fence that I can clamp to my spindle sander. I use the sander for tapering the front of bodies. But would like to be able to hold the body on edge square to the table and to the sander. Any thoughts?

I use a 3" x 3" x 7" block of pine as a fence on mine. I don't clamp it down, I just set the body on edge against it and sand off anything that don't look fast.

A small piece is a flat iron strip would work. Take the ruler out of a 12" square and use that, clamp it down if you need to.

This is what I use for a fence. You can also get a right angle attachment. MagSwitch

Use a board 1"by 1" about 1' long and use spring clamps to hold the board in place. Works great and it's FREE!!!
