Mason Dixon Pinewood Racing proudly presents it's 2017 MA Fleet!

We've been working hard to build some awesome cars for this years race, and we are hoping our cars make it to the bottom without crashing!

We've got 2 Scout Open Oil Cars, Adam's Yoda, and Nate's ZombieIsGonnaGetYou! Car.

We've got 2 Scout Open Graphite Cars, Adam's Droid Car, and Nate's EverythingIsAwesome! Car.

Then we've got the Numbskull's Pro cars... Yeah, that's me.

Meet Major Anderson Representing the Union, and General Beauregard representing the Confederacy. I wonder who is gonna win this race? Both cars are built to run BASX/Basics, and should be ready to roll!

By the way, if you don't have a tuning table to get your steer right, you need to get one! I just built my first table out of a 70" mirror, and my times have improved by nearly a hundreth in testing.... If you don't have one, get one!

If I have a decent showing at MA, I'll probably send these pro cars into one of the upcoming NPWDRL races!

Nice cars CVT!
I am quite interested in how your 2 BASX entries do. That's a class I hope to take a shot at in the NPWDRL soon. That or Box Stock. Be sure to post your results! I don't think Ill be able to catch MA 's stream on Saturday so I will want to know how you do.
Blessings and Speed!!!
Jimmy

Thanks for the comments.

For anyone wondering, the four scout cars are actually the "Four Horsemen" that I showcased a few weeks ago.

They've already done some local racing and performed very well. My boys are looking forward to a great race!

My 2 pro cars were built more recently, and in testing ran very well, looking forward to seeing what they do in traffic!

Well, we must have done something right at MA!

My cars in the BASICS pro division yesterday were stinkers, but to be fair, they both ran on old used wheels and I was unimpressed with them after polishing, so I didn't expect a whole lot from them....

But the boy's cars beat every expectation we had! Both boys were able to compete in the finals for both the Scout Open Graphite Race and the Scout Open Oil Race. That's a new best for all of us!

Whew, what a relief!

Wow thats awesome to hear! Too bad about the pro race. Seems wheels are where the $ gets spent in that class eh. Thats why I am probably going to start out in Box Stock. Pinching pennies for various household/family/priority reasons and also saving up for tooling to get a mini wood shop going so that I can make a serious run at the pro classes some day soon I hope.
Great job tho dad! Bet your boys have some great memories now!

Congrats on the performance. I did recognize your kids cars on the video play back. They were fast.

Congrats on your cars. We made the finals in open scout oil and finished 5Th. Which is great for us.
