Mid-America Party Update

Well a buddy of mine introduced me to a new BBQ guy here in town and it probably has the best I've had (had his BabyBack ribs 3 weeks in a row) lol. So I'm going to put my order in with this guy. And maybe you guys can help me make sure I getting the right amount.

I'm figuring 25 adults, 10 kids.

I'll order
12 full racks of Baby Back Ribs ($20each)
4 LBs of Brisket ($14/lb)
4 LBs of Pulled pork ($13/lb)
2 Bottles of Bobs BBQ = $10
Total = 358 (close to 12/person for just the meat)

I'll provide Buns, plates, Coleslaw and Bakes Beans (my Wife's special recipe) /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif maybe a couple of burgers and a few hotdogs and chips.

Right now we have $90 in the kitty (thanks Guys!!!!)
