Why do so many Scout rule-sets still include the .084 minimum diameter rule when they've outlawed filling and re-drilling the bore?

What competitive advantage are they trying to eliminate by outlawing a small axle diameter in a stock wheel bore?? Seems dumb. MA still does this.

I totally agree it’s a rediculous rule! To add to it many axles you find in the box are very close to the min to begin with, by the time a Scout is done preparing them they could be less than .084
