My version of a rattle can waterslide first timer~!

For some fun and funkiness I added my own version of carbon fiber finders.

Looks great! It looks like a pro street car, if so lose the non dominate front wheel, and put in a guide pin.

Thanks, yeah they are carbon fiber fenders attached with small carbon fiber rods. They are really light weight so it didn't effect my COM at all.

Yep "Pro Street" is what I figure I will run it in. Do I have to remove the fourth wheel to be competitive? I prefer the look of the car with all four wheels but I like winning more~!

Thats a sweet looking first build! Are you sure you aren't a pro at this?

Your next one should read "World Record PWD cars"

Awesome build Tim! I love seeing new ideas showing up with the new crowd. Keep it up and best of luck with it.

Thanks, it will get its first runs down a track (other then my tuning board) Saturday at the Pack race but the wood track might be in bad shape so I am not sure what I will learn. then hope to do a league race after that.

Also,

Thank you to everyone on this forum for all the information and patients when any of us "new" people ask questions that I am sure are often silly maybe even boarding on dumb to guys that have been doing this for awhile. I make my living racing RC cars and I can tell you at the top levels finding people as helpful to new racers as the people on this forum is rare indeed. Here you have PWD racers at the very top of the sport that have so much passion and love to grow their racing combined they offer every detail involved in building not only a competitive car but even an event winning car. I already race several times a week so it wasn't the competition that made me want to build a car and race it was how enjoyable this environment was. Oh and I can ship my car off and don't have to fly to a race~!

Great looking car! I can't agree more about the acceptance of us new guys, I can't wait to race with such a good group of people. Good luck with your new cars.
