My Lion Cub won his pack

My youngest son won his pack race this weekend. Then they put his car up against the cars made by the local police department, and he won that too. In addition to getting a trophy for the pack and a medal for his den, he’s getting his name on a big trophy that will be on display at the police department. He was one excited kid.

Huge thanks to turboderby. We used the fenders, chucks, air shields, axle benders, etc. My boys have now won four pack races, three sibling races, and placed second in council. So, in 4 years, they’ve only lost to one car. Thanks to turboderby, this year’s car was by far the fastest we’ve ever built.

It did. My little guy worked very hard. The main lesson that we focused on through this was that “the juice is worth the squeeze.”
