I see what you are saying, but I think this is what you are seeing in the picture. The front clip is a '57 grafted to a '55 rear clip. It's an early Hybrid.

Its a 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 automobile. One piece at a time. Either way its a cool Avatar, and I just wish they made cool cars like that still today.
