So I raced two cars in the first fire series race and plan to retire one car (or burn it to ashes), tweak and re-enter the other car and submit a newly built car (ie race two cars one being new) and do something similar throughout the rest of the races.

From a points perspective - will the newly entered cars always be starting at 0 points or is there a way to still accomulate points from race to race since I will always be entering two cars.

Two cars, one builder, best finish car points to the builder. Enter another car to replace a retired car, best finish car points go to the builder for that race. You could change cars every race if you wanted to. I believe this happens per every class entered, correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey ZigZag,

I talked about retiring cars (and burning them to ashes)... almost exactly the same saying you just said...

One of the guys suggested I don't call it retire, and I don't burn it just quite yet. He suggested, call it an R&D (Research & Development) car.

Learn from the mistakes that made that car slow. Compare your new builds to that one to make sure it is what you want. After you have your next faster or two cars, then you can use that car for target practice with dynamite or hand grenades...

When you are on your Gen 4 or Gen 5 car, you will be amazed at how far it has come in such a short time.

Just an idea.

This has helped me so much. I putt one on my dash and let my small brain chew on it and ask all the deep questions to my brain so it'll work overtime and speed up the process.
