Outlaw race cancelled

I just received a phone call and they have CANCELLED the race in Pickneyville. I am bummed but there were a few problems they could not overcome within the organization.

Dang it! Man, I had even ordered special wheels for the outlaw race. Wonder what happened?

BR - did any racers send in their cars for proxy racing?

No one had contacted me to get my shipping address so there shouldn't be any on the way.

I ordered wheels and bought bushings also. I am still going to do final assembly and send it down the track. I also spent 10 hrs checking joints and polishing the track. I guess it needed done anyway.

See? That is a job and a half to get the track polished. but the differences in times before and after are amazing... and it saves on wheels too !

Oh yeah ! Like I said, it took 11 hours over the weekend to get the track polished at my place... glad that is done... Now all my cars are hot rods... (til they get to John's... LOL)
