Planned water slide

Chief feel free to let me know some colors and what you want it to say and I can make you something if you like.

Waterslides are printable decals, think old model cars where you dip the "sticker" into warm water and then slide it off the paper backing and on to the car. Then just a few coats of clear and light sanding and you should have a durable image anywhere you like. I have done them on my kids bikes (who doesn't like a bike named after them~!) Cups, plates you name it. The print quality is remarkably good even out of my cheap-O 30.00 Wally-Mart printer and you can buy the print media (paper) for for about 1.00 a sheet (8x11)

I put the water slide over a smooth painted surface and use clear sheets so that the paint color shows through. Printers can't print in white so anything you make white in your logo will actually be clear/transparent. This is how my logo will look ready for print.

Then if I ended up painting my car say Purple the logo would end up looking like this on the car. Does any of that make sense?

Cool! Thanx! Only problem now is all the endless possibilities... OOHH the headache... haha. I will definitely keep that in mind for my next car.

No problem Chief, I do corporate logos for companies and web sites so it is not a hassle to make something. That also goes for anyone lucky enough to read this post, just let me know what you want it to say or if you have a look in mind and colors you would like to see it in, or just let me loose and my brain will come up with something.

Tim,
Great looking graphics ...... Question: Do you use a ink-jet or a laser printer to print them? Also where can I get the clear or white paper you use?

I just use a simple inkjet, a lazer would be even cleaner if you have access to one.

THIS is the place I get my paper from, they sell both lazer and inkjet paper. Also I use clear.
